Susan Triad was a 21st century tech billionaire, who served as a “chrysalis” for Sutekh. While Susan was unaware of her true nature, she and versions of her spread to every time-zone The Doctor’s TARDIS landed served as clues in a trap set for the Fifteenth Doctor by Sutekh, who had taken control of his TARDIS and as a seed for his empire of death.

ON WISH WORLD
When The Rani created Wish World, she was employed by the Unified National Insurance Team as a tea lady. In this job she gave The Doctor some tea and offered him some biscuits. (Wish World).
