Renée Lowenstein was a resident of Miami in 1952. She became a patron of the 10¢ Diner across the street from the Palazzo cinema after her son Tommy Lee disappeared from inside it, along with fourteen other people. She asked Logan Cheever if he was fine with her bending the racial segregation rules to talk to the Fifteenth Doctor and Belinda Chandra about her son. She embraced her son after he reappeared following Lux’s defeat. (Lux)
AS A FICTIONAL CREATION
Lux. used a version of her with a policeman to accuse The Doctor and Belinda of a crime and used racist language to do this. The Doctor realised the reality was fake because the policeman was wearing a New York Police Department uniform. (Lux)
