Lux, or Lux Imperator, was the God of Light, one of the Gods of Chaos and peer to the Toymaker, Sutekh and Maestro.
In 1952, Lux entered the universe through moonlight and manifested in Miami in the image and persona of Mr Ring-a-Ding, a cartoon character. He attempted to build himself a physical body using the Fifteenth Doctor’s regeneration energy, a form of light which could create physical matter, but wound up dissolving into the “light of creation” once he was exposed to sunlight, “drowning” in its infinity as the Doctor had anticipated.
