A policeman was a creation of Lux in a fictional world that looked like the real world. He came to arrest the Fifteenth Doctor and Belinda Chandra for misleading Renée Lowenstein and being in a racially segregated space, the whites-only Palazzo Cinema. The Doctor realised that the policeman was wearing the uniform of the New York Police Department, not Miami’s Dade Police Department, and realised this was still fiction. (Lux)
