Tommy Lee was a cinema patron at a cinema in Miami, Florida in 1952. He was present when Lux manifested as Mr Ring-A-Ding and as such was one of the 15 people that went missing. His mother Renée Lowenstein of frequented the diner opposite the cinema after the disappearance. He returned after the Fifteenth Doctor and Belinda Chandra defeated Lux. (Lux)
