Winnie Petheridge was a member of the Dispossessed on Wish World. She was disabled and a wheelchair user, these were then used by the society on this world to ostracise her. She helped to explain to Ruby Sunday about what was wrong in the world. She also knew sign language which helped her communicate with fellow resident Val Balham. She then went with Shirley Anne Bingham and Ruby to UNIT HQ, City of London to observe the Bone Palace before reality collapsed. (Wish World)
After the day reset, she conversed with Shirley before being abandoned by her when UNIT called. (The Reality War)
