The Shreek was an interdimensional being that hunted its prey using pheromones secreted by vomiting on them. In 2024 the Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby Sunday defeated it, after it vomited on Ruby and, unbeknownst to them, Conrad Clark. (Lucky Day)
Ruby recollected having outrun one recently when telling Chirracharr’s people about her previous adventures with the Fifteenth Doctor. (Caged)
It came into the possession of UNIT by 2025, who were studying it. Kate Stewart released it to scare Conrad for threatening her, only for Ruby to zap it with a taser. After recovering from the taser shock, it bit off Conrad’s left arm. (Lucky Day)
