Meedla was a Shrazer who lived on Quinnis. She first appeared to Susan Foreman as a young orphan girl, and followed her after she saw the TARDIS arrive. Later her true nature was revealed – that she was a Shrazer that fed on bad luck – and the people of Bridgetown had to fight against her. (Quinnis)
