Lizzie Abel was one of three Doctor Who fans in a fictional universe created by Lux to trap the Fifteenth Doctor and Belinda Chandra. She was best friends with the other two fictional fans, Hassan and Robyn. She wore a t-shirt with a Telosian Cyberman on it. After realising she was fictional, she was worried if she would die if the world stopped. She told The Doctor and Belinda to return to the Doctor’s universe regardless. (Lux)
