Jabule was the former rulerof Vultriss. She was deposed by Skye. She told Constance Clarke about what happened here. Think that Constance, the Sixth Doctor and Flip Jackson were spies she had them thrown of a cliff but was stopped. She was killed during an Ice Warrior attack. (Cry of the Vultriss)
