Anna Volokova was a cosmonaut and the un official second woman in space. She was born in 1930. She was sent sent on a mission to the Moon in 1965 and was trapped in a time loop in Zone 10. Toshiko Sato wanted to take her home and didn’t want the FSB agent to kill her. Her voice was the source of the Pulse Tosh had heard. She was kidnapped by the Committee and taken to Zone 10. She thought that the Committee. Maxim Ivanov told her that she was a bargaining chip between the KVI and the Committee to stop a war. She was told by the Committee to give Torchwood a message and a gift. The message was the the Committee was invited to earth by Torchwood.
