Kistane Shafe Cane was a refugee from Red Force Five in the year 100 trillion. She came with her son Beltone to Silo 16 on Malcassairo, and upon reuniting with herother son, Padra, became one of the humans who left on the rocket from Malcassairo to Utopia.
