Halka was a hertaz and distrusted the Fourth Doctor and Chidak. She was a separatist on Proxima Major. (The Dalek Contract) She didn’t want The Daleks to be told their location by The Doctor. She helped to dismantle a Dalek as the Doctor needed something. She fired a missile to the Dalek fleet. She was Chidak’s favourite protege. (The Final Phase)
