Mr Castavillian was an assistant to Davros on Skaro in one account of the very beginning of his creation, the Daleks. He met the Fourteenth Doctor, from whom he learnt of the name “Dalek” and who gave him a plunger to put on the Dalek. Although Castavillian was afraid of how Davros would react, he remarked that he liked it. (Destination: Skaro)
