Jennifer Lucas was a 22nd century Earth acid miner who worked for the company of Morpeth Jetsan.

She was introduced to the Eleventh Doctor, Amy and Rory as the only human not in ganger form. Jennifer was infatuated with Rory at first sight, noticing the kindness in his eyes. She was the first human they saw become a ganger. After a solar tsunami, her Ganger was separated from the others. She wandered the monastery until she was pushed from the tower by her Ganger, fatally injuring her. (The Rebel Flesh)

While searching for her and Rory, The Doctor and Buzzer came across her corpse in the courtyard. The Doctor stated that there was a spark of life, but she failed to hold on. Her corpse was incinerated by the factory explosion, along with all the other humans killed in her Ganger’s rampage. (The Almost People)

BEHIND THE SCENES

According to The Brilliant Book 2012, she had the ability of “total recall”, which allowed her to remember everything she learned; it was passed on to her Ganger, which led to its psychological break down.
