Mandy Aibiston was the Landlady of the Ferret in Radyr. She noticed that something was wrong with Ianto Jones and he disclosed the death of Lisa Hallett with her. She told him to talk more with the team and participate more. Ianto phoned her when he tried to commit suicide. She came to help him. She confronted Jack Harkness when he came to the Ferret about how he had messed with Ianto. Ianto later theorised that Mandy was persuading people to leave their broken lives behind. She had The Saviour in the cellarof the pub. She told the Saviour about Ianto’s pain. She knew that the Saviour was a slave trader. Ianto then asked her to leave Cardiff and never come back. (Broken)
