Julia Adams was a human who lived on the alternate Earth ruled by the Silurians. In 1993, she was part of an expedition to London to acquire medical supplies for Jo Grant. Bitten by a wild dog, she got incurable mutated rabies. When the expedition was later attacked by Silurians, she sacrificed herself so the others could escape. (Blood Heat)
