In 2013, Rocco sold the Watcher to Charlie Gibbs. They met in Rocco’s car, where he concluded the transaction. Rocco warned him and Vislor Turlough, who was also present for the deal, that it often appeared as if it was watching, hence the name. (Eldrad Must Die!)
