Mortally weakened by the Spider Queen on Metebelis III, The Doctor is forced to regenerate. His recuperatedition is cut short as UNIT investigates a spate of robberies involving components for a top-secret disintegrator gun. The culprit is quickly identified as a highly sophisticated robot built by Professor Kettlewell, being ordered to act against its Prime Directive.
Just how is the robot being used to carry out the sinister agenda of the Scientific Reform Society? Can The Doctor rescue Sarah from the robot’s clutches and avert a nuclear war?.
Genesis of the Daleks
The Time Lords intercept The Doctor, Sarah and Harry as they transmat back to Nerva, and send them to Skaro in the distant past in order to prevent the creation of the Daleks. There they discover the planet’s two native races, the Kaleds and the Thals, are nearing the climax of the Thousand Year War. As the conflict reaches its terrible conclusion, Sarah discovers that a disfigured Kaled scientist named Davros has already accomplished what the time travellers were sent to stop: the genesis of the Daleks.
Pyramids of Mars
Returning to UNIT HQ on Earth, TARDIS is thrown violently about by a mysterious force and Sarah and Doctor arrive instead at an old priory in year 1911. owner, Marcus Scarman, has been excavating ancient tombs and is possessed by spirit of Sutekh, bringerof ‘gift of death to all mankind’.
Sutekh has lain for thousands of years in his pyramid prison and Scarman and his robot mummies plan to release this ancient and evil power. Will Sutekh all-powerful be freed from his bonds and destroy world, or will Doctor manage to bring about his destruction?
