Notes

Colin Baker stars as an Unbound incarnation of the War Doctor in a brand-new box set of full-cast audio dramas, released today by Big Finish Productions.

The Warrior Meets His Destiny

The Warrior (Colin Baker) is on the warpath in his second volume of Doctor Who Unbound adventures. As he battles through the fragments of a corrupted timeline, where the Time War was triggered early, he encounters chaos in many familiar places… and faces.

In a distorted mirrorof Louise Jameson’s Doctor Who debut in The Face of Evil (1977), the Warrior meets Leela… but is he her friend or foe? Then, dark shadows of established adventures see the Warrior journey to Marinus with a trusty companion – The Master! – and take on the formidable task of restoring balance to the cosmos for the White Guardian.

Someone or something is drawing the Time Lord back to where it all began… to Davros and a decision that changed everything. Is this the end? Has the moment been prepared for?

Also guest-starring Geoffrey Beevers and Terry Molloy, Doctor Who Unbound – Doctor of War: Destiny is now available to own as a collector’s edition CD box set (+ download for just £19.99) or as a digital download only (for just £16.99).

Louise Jameson said: “Who Am I? is such a treat for me. It revisits the very first scene where I ever met Tom Baker at Ealing Studios. It’s a fabulous and slightly satirical take on that with the wonderfully evil Geoffrey Beevers.”

Geoffrey Beevers added: “It’s a very complex script but very satisfying when you’ve worked it all out. It’s playing with time and it was terrific fun.”

Terry Molloy said: “It’s been a real delight. There’s a real necessity for The Doctor and Davros to have each other there. They’re both on the same level intellectually and they’re both alone. It’s fascinating. I’m sure the audience will be absolutely entranced.”

Doctor Who Unbound – Doctor of War: Destiny is now available to own for just £19.99 (collector’s edition CD box set + download) or £16.99 (download only).
