Belima Febron was a female Velurian scientist who in Worcester in 1140 helped Lozla Nataniel Henk with his plans with the Krillitanes. She was middle-aged with blue skin. She was later killed by the Krillitane Broken Wing as revenge for being imprisoned and tested upon. (The Krillitane Storm)
