Lucy was one of Nick’s ex-girlfriends, who he was with from February to March of 2008.
She left a pair of binoculars and a red purse at Nick’s flat before they broke up, which he subsequently put into storage at ELF Storage for in case she asked for them back. They remained there for over a decade until they were destroyed along with the rest of the facility on New Year’s Eve 2021. (Eve of the Daleks)
